We totally get it. You placed your order and you're already checking for it. Here's some info to read while you refresh that tracking page:
How long does it take to process my order?
- It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to process an order and get it ready to ship. It would be faster, but our lead assistant (Joan the cat) takes a lot of naps.
- Please note if you request a custom order, it may take up to 6 weeks, as we are creating something special just for you! However, this will be discussed when we talk about your design.
How long does shipping take?
- Approximate arrival dates are available on each item page (cool, right?). However, shipping times ultimately depend on your location. If you live in Brooklyn like us, chances are you'll get it right away... Alaska not so much.
How much does shipping cost?
- Good news! Free shipping for US orders over $99!
- If that doesn't apply to you, all shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What about international shipping?
- Shipping rates are calculated by the robots at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a package reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
How do I check my order status?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. We know you're going to track it like, NOW, but please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What if my package gets lost?
- Once an item ships, it is out of our hands - literally. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking numbers with every order so you can see updates on your shipping and delivery status.
- If your packages tend to get stolen (which obvi sucks), we recommend shipping to a PO Box or other trusted location, or choosing a shipping option with a signature confirmation.
- In the case that your package says delivered but has not arrived, please check with your local carrier. They will have wayyy more info than we do. If the issue cannot be resolved with them, please feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
